Opening of the exhibition We build railways, railways build us in the Museum "Staro selo" Kumrovec

The exhibition is dedicated to youth work actions in Croatia and the participation of Croatian brigades in actions throughout Yugoslavia. Special emphasis is placed on the action in Kumrovac, which was active in the eighties of the last century, and on ORA "Sava", the longest-lived Croatian, but also the action of the longest duration in Yugoslavia. The objects in the exhibition come mostly from private collections and testify to the need of individuals to preserve the memory of that part of their youth. All those present at the opening were greeted by the head of the museum "Staro selo" Kumrovec, Anita Paun-Gadža, judge Vlatka Filipčić Maligec spoke about the exhibition itself, while the director of the Museum of Hrvatski Zagorje, Jurica Sabol, opened the exhibition.

The exhibition will be open until the end of September 2021.
